The Barbeque luncheon is a CATERED meal at a cost of $6.00 for adults ($3.00 for children under 12 years.) We have to give the caterer a few days advanced notice of how many to prepare meals for. We have set a deadline of Tuesday, July 30, 2002 for reservation of tickets for the luncheon. Since it is late, it will not be possible to rely on the mail to get us the reservation information and payment by check. People wanting to participate in the luncheon should call Don Kaiser at (713) 862-2626 to make reservations. We will accept reservations up until 6:00 PM on Tuesday, July 30, 2002. At that time, we will have to notify the caterer of the number of people to prepare for.
