Come and receive whatever you prefer. For some it's symbols of Christ's body and blood, for others, it is the body and blood of Christ, be that spiritually or real presence; while for others it's just a remembrance meal. For those who believe that the body of the Lord, refers to our oneness, you too are welcome to our love feast.
Concerning the elements, please help yourself to either wine or grape juice-- white, golden, or red. Pick from the communion cup or the individual glasses or paper cups. For the bread we have white, whole wheat, rye,and Russian black to symbolize the colors of the human race. Pick from the wafers or the different loaves on the table.
Our communion table is a table of diversity and openness. We love you and want you to feel good! We serve you with a smile on our faces. And please come again!"
