CREATIVE WORK: PHOTOGRAPHY
I have been fortunate to travel throughout Southeast Asia, specifically Thailand and Cambodia, and spend every summer in this region. The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) stresses the importance of teaching non-western traditions to students of architecture. Photography allows me to share my perceptions of these traditions. Many projects in my design studio emphasize the architectural traditions of Southeast Asia and stress the social, cultural and economic realities that influence these traditions.
