2) NOTICE - Due to state regulation, DFONS requires original proof of negative coggins to be presented at the\ time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3) Show tack and attire not required. However, tennis shows and/or shorts are not permitted in performance classes. Riding sneakers with heels are allowed. Bossals are allowed, however, no gag bits, bicyle chain bits, or inhumane devices will be allowed. Other training equipment (draw reins, etc) may be allowed at the judge's discretion.

4) Please notify the gate at least one class in advance if a tack change is needed. There will be three minutes allowed between classes for tack changes. The two-minute gate time will be strictly enforced. Please notify the gate as far in advance as possible if you must scratch a class.

High Point Rules:
1) At the end of each show, awards will be given to the High Point Arab/Non-Arab exhibitors. The entry fee for High Point awards is $2.00 for each horse/rider team. Riders may enter with more than one horse, but there will be an additional $2.00 fee per horse. Enteries for high point must sign up at the beginning of the show. 2) Riders will not receive points for liberty, Leadline, and novelty classes. 3) Points will be awarded as follows: 1st place: 5 points, 2nd place: 4 points, 3rd place: 3 points, 4th place: 2 points, 5th place: 1 point. Championships will have double points.

Safety Rules:
1) Any horse deemed to be a danger to itself or others shall be excused from the arena and/or show grounds at the discretion of the steward and the judge.

2) Any exhibitor/owner/handler who shows discourtesy to show staff will be excused from the grounds.

3) Any action deemed abusive to horses by owner/exhibitor/handler shall be grounds of immediate dismissal from show grounds at the discretion of the judge and steward.

4) Any device deemed inhumane by the judge and show steward will not be allowed in the arena. Failure to remove such device will be grounds for dismissal from the show grounds.

5) Decisions of the judge and show steward are FINAL.
