The Deaf Council of the Brazos Valley was incorporated in 1995 for the
purpose of helping hearing impaired and hearing people to interact in any
situation, such as those in hospitals, doctors’ offices, businesses, and the
courts of law. The Deaf Council is
approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax exempt charitable no-profit
(501) (c) (3) corporation.
