A standard set includes
Rough Drawing - One initial floor plan with all walls, room dimensions, bath & kitchen fixtures, front elevation and heated area.

• Two Modifications printed at 1/8 in. scale before final print.
• One final check printed at 3/16 in. scale.
• One final set 1/4 in. scale floor plan, foundation plan, front elevation, and 1/8 in. scale rear elevation and one side elevation, printed on up to 24 x 36 in. vellum sheets ready for blue prints.

Rough Drawings - $0.02 per covered sq. ft.
All walls, room sizes, bath and kitchen fixtures, total area and front elevation.
(If you are choosing between multiple plans or front elevations)

Site Plan - $40.00
You will need to provide a Plat or Lot Plan
Printed to fit 8.5 x 14 in. legal size sheet

Separate Electric Plan - $0.015 x (covered area)
Printed at 1/4 in. scale on up to 24 x 36 in. vellum
(On larger more complex houses a separate electric plan makes the floor plan easier to read)

Detailed Front Elevation - add $.015 per heated sq. ft.
(This is for presentation only)

Section and Detail Drawings -$20.00 per hour
(These could include cross sections, cabinet plans, trim details, framing details etc.)

Material Specifications -less than 2000 sq.ft. -$75.00, more than 2000 sq. ft. $0.0375 per heated sq. ft.
(Material Specifications are useful for obtaining uniform bids)

Additional Prints: -$10.00 per sheet

Flip/Reverse Plans: -$18.00 per sheet (SoftPlan v10 files only)
